    $750.00 = $3,000.00
    $800.00 = $3,200.00

    AGE REQUIREMENTS:

    DEPOSIT/APPLICATION FEE:

    1.
     

    Solicit and secure Tenants
     

    2.
     

    Qualification of prospective Tenant
     

    3.
     

    Prepare residential rental contract and addenda (prepared by the NC bar association and approved by NCREC) Lease and execute lease agreement and all necessary documents.
     

    4.
     

    Make proper disclosures on behalf of Landlord as required by State and Federal laws.
     

    5.
     

    Collect rent, manage and enforce lease.
     

    6.
     

    Oversee repairs.
     

    7.
     

    Pay recurring expenses.
     

    8.
     

    Full accounting to Landlord for collections and disbursements.
     

    9.
     

    All funds will be disbursed during the month on the 8th, 15th and/or 25th.
     

    10.
     

    $250  as a one time initial set-up fee for new landlords.
     

    11.
     

    10% of gross rent thereafter as management fee.
     

    12.
     

    If management agreement is terminated within 180 days of commencement, 1/2 of 1 full month's rent is charged as a termination fee.
     

    13.
     

    Late payment fee is charged as of the 6th day of the month: 5%  or $15.00 fee whichever is greater. Applefield keeps this fee.
     

    14.
     

    Insufficient funds fee is charged for any returned check. $20.00.
     

    15.
     

    We ask that the Owner authorize APPLEFIELD to handle any repairs under $100.00. Any repairs in excess of this amount will require prior authorization from the Owner. Also, Applefield will hold $150 in reserves for emergency funds.
